The tuition for NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON OB-GYN ULTRASOUND includes
lectures, the course manual on CD and all continental breakfasts and refreshments.
Early Bird registration applications must be postmarked by November 14, 2008.
Registrations postmarked after this date are an additional $40. Funds should be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and made payable to IAME.
Cancellations received in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the course will
receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds
for cancellations received after that date. Refunds will not be given to
"no-shows".
Due to space limitations, your application will be processed on a “first come, first served” basis.
