Meet Dr. W. Dennis Foley Dr. Foley, born, raised and educated in Sydney, Australia, became an official Midwesterner when he began his training as an angiographer at the University of Michigan in 1972. Currently, Dr. Foley is the Director of the Digital Imaging Section (Body CT, Sonography, MRI) at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee where he lives with his English-born wife, Jessica, in the lake country west of Milwaukee.

Dr. Foley leads a very busy academic career lecturing, writing and reviewing for numerous journals and medical textbooks. A recent article for the American Journal of Roentgenology focused on the diagnostic efficacy of helical CT for ureteral calculi and the implications for treatment. He is presently working on articles examining monoslice and multislice helical CT applications and performance characteristics.

A frequent guest speaker, Dr. Foley travels both nationally and internationally and has recently returned from travels in India, Japan, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. When he is not lecturing, Dr. Foley enjoys tennis, sailing, skiing in Colorado or visiting with his three children and grandchild.
