The New York Academy of Medicine will serve as the setting for this landmark holiday season conference on the newest applications of advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging in cardiology.
The symposium is co-chaired by Michael Poon, MD, Director of Cardiovascular Medicine and Integrated Imaging at Cabrini Medical Center, New York City and president-elect of the SCCT and Stephan Achenbach, MD, Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Erlangen, Germany and president of the SCCT. The distinguished faculty includes notable cardiologist Arthur Agatston, MD, of Miami, FL, author of "The South Beach Diet," whose topic will be "Coronary Calcium and CAD Prevention."
