After successful completion of the quiz you can choose to earn CME credits, payable by major credit card, according to the following fee schedule.

One credit for $25.00. You will receive your and certificate for the course you just completed.
Two credits for $40.00 ($20.00 per credit). You will receive your certificate for the course you just completed.

Four credit hours for $60.00. ($15.00 per credit). You will receive your certificate for the course you just completed, plus vouchers for the unused credits which you can use immediately or at a future date.
Eight credit hours are $80.00. ($10.00 per credit). You will receive your certificate for the course you just completed, plus vouchers for the unused credits which you can use immediately or at a future date.
