    Course Objectives

    After completing this course, the participant should be able to:

    1. Explain the Doppler Effect 
    2. Understand the imaging planes used in Spectral and Color Flow Doppler
    3. Know how to obtain an accurate Doppler velocity profile
    4. Describe the best views to obtain Doppler of the mitral and aortic leaflets

    Radiologic technologists

    * Meets the criteria for ARRT Category A credits for radiologic technologists.  Physicians should not use these courses.

    This course qualifies for 2 Category A credits and is accepted by the ARRT. The Reference Number and Expiration Date will appear on your certificate.
