    Course Objectives

    • Identify the mesenteric arteries and the abdominal organs they supply
    • Describe the normal and abnormal Doppler waveform morphology of the mesenteric arteries
    • Appreciate acute and chronic mesenteric arterial ischemia

    Target Audience

    Physicians, sonographers and others who perform and/or interpret ultrasound.

    * AMA Category 1 credits that also serve as Self Assessment Module (SAM) credits, as defined by the American Board of Radiology. Other specialists should consult their respective specialty board for applicability. As these courses count as AMA Category 1 credits they are accepted by the ARDMS, CCI and Sonography Canada.
