    Course Objectives

    After completing this course, the participant should be able to:

    1. Understand the basics of TCD technique
    2. List the indications for TCD and describe the kind of information provided
    3. Apply the use of TCD in clinical practice

    Target Audience

    Physicians, sonographers and others who perform and/or interpret vascular ultrasound.

    * AMA Category 1 credits are used by physicians and other groups like PAs and certain nurses.  Category 1 credits are accepted by the ARDMS, CCI and Sonography Canada.
