Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will:
Identify the difference between the prior nomenclature and the consensus approved nomenclature
Evaluate and describe an arterial and venous Doppler waveform using the standardized consensus nomenclature.
Evaluate the Doppler waveform characteristics of an arterial and venous Doppler Waveform.
Be able to reduce confusing terminology in evaluation and interpretation of arterial and venous Doppler waveforms.
Target Audience
Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret ultrasound.
