Course Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will:
- Describe the etiology and clinical manifestations of Cytomegalovirus (CMV).
- Describe the maternal and fetal diagnostic work up for CMV.
- Identify the sonographic signs and treatment of congenital CMV.
- Improve patient management through early detection of CMV.
Target Audience
- Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret obstetrical ultrasound.
