Mastering Steroid Injections and Building a Clinic

Dr. Cox’s initial foray into MSK intervention involved learning to administer steroid injections for sports injuries, with a focus on rotator cuff injuries. Another notable procedure Dr. Cox performed was tendon barbotage for hydroxyapatite deposition disease (HADD) in the rotator cuff tendons. This condition, characterized by the accumulation of calcium deposits, can cause significant pain and discomfort.
